The Keen IO data center which houses servers is in downtown San Jose, California in the Market Post Tower located at 55 South Market St. This is a medium level security facility which employs on-site security guards, closed circuit surveillance, access-card secured elevators and doors, and individually locking customer equipment cabinets. Customers who lease private cabinets receive their own facility and cabinet access keys while those who collocate equipment in the "public" rack space have site access by appointment scheduled with a technician.

This data center is equipped with fully UPS-backed power, multiple redundant network uplinks, a Heptafluoropropane fire suppression system and a climate control system set for a steady 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The high speed switched network does not require customers to provide a router.


The data room features cages with space enough for three to four full height racks, as well as full, half, quarter and even octet rack subdivisions for private cabinet leasing.
